我唸返到屋企都會係零晨
由於工作關係,沒有時間打去領事館問申請visa的事宜.
前幾天發電郵給駐香港韓國領事館問清楚要申請那一類visa
今天收到他們的回覆,
原來在2011年12月15日開始轉配偶visa 由F2到F61.所以只需要在香港申請F61visa便可以,他們還附上application form ,好nice
只需要提供香港及韓國的結婚証書正本(不需要Translation)
如果拿了F61的VISA, 便可以在韓國申請"Alien Registration Card" 可能在期限以內進出韓國,不需要申請multiple entry.

F61 visa is eligible to:
- The spouse of Korea national
To apply for F61 visa, please prepare:
1. Certificate of marriage relationship from Korea which was issued within 6 months (혼인관계증명서)
2. Marriage certificate from foreign spouse's national government.
3. Korean spouse's job certificate (재직증명서)
4. Korean spouse's passport copy and Korean ID card copy
5. Documents that prove the financial capability (재정입증 관련서류) of the latest 3 months in Korea - such as the copy of bank account book or bank statements.
6. Invitation letter from Korean spouse (초청장) -
7. Personal guarantee letter issued by Korean spouse (신원보증서)
8. Applicant's passport and HKID card (original and copy)
9. One colored passport photo
10. One "Application for Visa" form
It takes 3 working days to process the visa.
The F61 visa that issued by consulate will be permitted to stay for 90 days in Korea, then the extension of stay and the "Alien(Foreign) Registration Card" should be applied from the local Immigration office in Korea.
